I’m Grant Forton. I have a passion for fitness and make sure that I get some time in every day to work out.  I’ve discovered that when I’m stressed or short on time, that is when I need to work out even more.  The physical activity releases good brain chemicals. Don’t ask me to name the entire process, I just know that it works.

Give me a half an hour walk or bike ride and I’m instantly in a better mood.  This is great for those stressed out or mopey times we have because it just gives us a better outlook on things and we’re better able to make great decisions and work effectively.

Your health is in your control more than you think.  If you think it’s risky to lift weights, ride a bike, run, rock climb or go out swimming in the ocean, and you’d rather stay at home where it’s safe, then you are taking a much larger risk with your health. So get going, get active and get in shape.
