i have a question. I am 17 and i weigh 183. My fat percentage is 20%. I know that’s healthy but here’s the thing. i see my six pack a little bit. When i mess with my stomach and look in the mirror i notice that there is fat laying on top of it.. I want to get to about a 14% body fat. I dont want to lose any muscle thoough. Any tips?? i also play football.

Hey, im 15, i used to way 158 pound, i lost 33.2 pounds in a 2 month period of time. The way i lost it is in a program called p90x, i didnt do the 90 day program, i just picked some work outs that i liked. Abs, Cardio, And Upper body. The other half was not eating as much junk food and running 1.2 miles EVERYDAY. Ive gaing 3 pounds of muscle from lifting weight, and doing 65 push up per night. I got a pull up bar and it helps a lot. Message me for questions.

Hey i’m 16 n I need advice on how to loose weight n gain muscle and I have a 32% body fat which is horrible n I weigh 235-240 bls.
@MrSKYWALKERftw great stuff, just like you i found that eating less food, eating nothing but good, healthy food, and doing intense interval training really burns fat fast. if you can only do 3 exercises daily, push ups, sit ups and running are brilliant. i only exercises 4 days a week but it’s intense enough that the rest days burn the fat like crazy!
