    im going to have to disagree people like nick edge, scott herman, rippedomania all have more muscle than this guy with just as low bodyfat

  2. jacobh849 says:

    This guy is kinda skinny looking but he has very strong muscles, bigger muscles do not equal more strength.

  3. westwest213LA says:

    @spruntfemalespray he’s a marathon runner, show me one that isn’t skinny

  4. spruntfemalespray says:

    @westwest213LA thats a good point, all the dudes that dont need muscle luv fruit, like that twit durian ryder, fucker just rides a bike, if your looking for endurance n no power just get into veganism, if u want to fuck 6 hookers while slapping them with a hard on u could hang a wet towel from while u puff erb through a bong shaped like oprahs uterus eat otherwise.

  5. Eromulex says:

    this is not bad-ass muscle,that guy is so frickin skinny!

  6. Eromulex says:

    skinnier than average people!who wants to look like that?have spme chicken and rice!

  7. leahcimrac says:

    @spruntfemalespray bullshit. What are you basing that statement on?

  8. leahcimrac says:

    People don’t know anything about the body these days and just post shit about things they have no idea about. Most people have big muscles because they full of water and covered in fatty tissue. The more body weight you have the heart has to work harder to carry.

  9. SabaeanYared says:

    he runs ultra-marathons you fucking idiots….the fact that he can maintain this amount of muscle says something about the muscle building power of fruit enzymes.

  10. GenericCoolaid says:

    is their a way to get really big muscles on raw vegs and friuts

  11. CerebralPrince10 says:

    @leahcimrac
    many of the fruitarians and raw vegans on youtube happen to compete in long distance endeavors, well at least those who talk about their diets on youtube. I’m a fruitarian and don’t look that skinny, watch my vids

  12. Razz8282 says:

    INCORRECT. Primates eat leaves, fruit, and insects. Yes, they eat insects. Horses have an entirely different digestive system that we do, there is no similarity what so ever. We do not have multiple stomachs like cows do. Ridiculous comparison.

  13. adrygarcia says:

    @GenericCoolaid

    Yes, watch Chris Califano.

  14. Nightbird says:

    I would like to point out that Primates not only eat fruits and veggies, they also eat insects and red meat. Primates are known to catch other smaller primates and eat their meat, as they are pretty much Omnivorous like us Humans. Scientists believe that although their diet in insects and animal sources is relatively small compared to them eating fruits and veggies, it is sufficient for adding important protein to their diet. So protein sources such as meat aren’t bad if prepared healthfully.

  15. RushHourable says:

    he hasn’t muscles he is a thin victim

  16. LordAngus1992 says:

    @Nightbird Incorrect.

  17. Nightbird says:

    @LordAngus1992 You are the one who is incorrect. Google the subject so you may see the videos of Chimps and Apes killing and eating smaller primates, insects and fish. Educate yourself before commenting.

  18. LordAngus1992 says:

    @Nightbird I’m not going to because doing so would be a waste of time. That’s not even a response to what I said, you know nothing about nutrition.

  19. korvix says:

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA he calls this muscles, it looks more like a skeleton with skin

    look for Misha Koklyaev on youtube to see some real muscles and strength, this guy can break you with your fingers

  20. MmaNcovers says:

    I get you’re concept about fruitarianism. And i hate to sound like a hater, but the only reason you feel good is because you’re most likely in starvation mode. You look like christian bale in the machinist. I’m not doubting that you work harder than i do and that you’re a pro athelete. But you seriously need to eat a burger.

  21. MmaNcovers says:

    s far as what you said about horses, learn about DNA. Our DNA is different than a horse. It’s also called selective breeding. Those race horses have been bred for years from the fastest and the strongest parents. There is no way you can compare modern day humans to something that is selectively bred. Humans are also omnivorous.

  22. sierranevadaz says:

    @xeonblue99 .
    dumbest response i have heard on youtube yet. wow !

  23. phaedrus6891 says:

    This guy has very little muscle mass. A twelve year old girl could beat him in an arm wrestling competition. The only reason he looks “ripped” is because his body fat is so low due to the fact that his body can’t get all the nutrients out of his low fat, low protein diet. To any teens out there, please don’t do the raw vegan thing. Your brain and nervous system need fat. And if you want to build muscle, lift some weights and eat a steak. Seriously.

  24. danabananashakes says:

    Gollies, meat eaters are hilarious … this guy is little because he is a long distance endurance athlete and like all others … anyway why does one want to look so big and bulky anyway, it looks hideous! Slim, fit, healthy and fast … does wonders for mental wellbeing, confidence, energy levels so for all you young tired, pimply teenagers eat more fruit, fruit and more fruit! It really works and helps with so many differenct aspects of your life. Wish I had learnt sooner.

  25. rpmangin says:

    @MmaNcovers We may be omnivorous, but early man did not cook his food. If you can eat an animal as is after you kill it, then more power to you, but the fact remains that the meat we consume today isn’t exactly nutritionally equal to that of the meat our early ancestors ate. Most animals are not raised naturally and are force fed grains.
