As part of a total commitment to sports excellence the Phuket International Academy Mind Centre has started to provide training in the cultivation of cognitive and emotional balance.   The PIAMC will  provide  a combination of modern psychology and neuroscience together with traditional Asian contemplative practices.  Delivered through residential retreats and weekend seminars PIAMC is open to all.     It teaches the practice of “mindfulness of breathing”, which is a successful technique for relaxing the body and calming the mind.
