@lord9544 Hi there – The key factor with nutrition is hitting your daily calorie needs with regular and consistent meals of ‘clean calories’. Some guys find they need to supplement with protein shakes to hit their daily calorie target. By the way, I’m 16 I weight 58.8 kg. But I’m stuck. I work out a lot and after four weeks after starting working out gained 5 kg. But now I’m stuck. I can’t get to 60 or above. Right now, I’m aiming for 60, but after that I think I will go for 65. Should I follow your tips or just eat a lot of fast food, like hamburgers and stuff?
I am extremely weak I tried to eat a lot but unfortunately nothing happened. Please tell me the solution how to increase weight in just couple of weeks without using supplements.

@Zpetsnazi Hi – I’d suggest following these tips to make sure the weight you put on is healthy weight (- unfortunately, junk food can often lead to fat gains or no weight increase at all). And combine these tips with the tips you’ll find in my other vids on YouTube. All the best.

@hardtoresist100 dude gaining weight takes a long time….the best advice i can give u is this….go to ask scooby forum….awesome guy with awesome info, he helps a lot of ppl……find his site and research as much as u can.

@hardtoresist100 Dude, you are going to have to take a long term approach to this or it’s never going to happen. I’ve gone from 120lbs to 183 lbs, and I didn’t do it in 2 weeks. I didn’t even do it in 2 years. I’ve been lifting and eating properly for 3.5 years. Select from these exercises and eat 5-7 solid meals every day. Squat, bench, deadlift, rows, pullups, military press, and throw a few isolation exercises in with those (a FEW…don’t go overboard. 1-2 is plenty)

@hardtoresist100 i depends on ur waight rite i gaind a a lot with in 15 days i just ate pasta chease spuds and chickin a lot and drank loads of milk and had milk shakes a lot drink less watter and eat more u gain more but dont make ur self ill rite if u become tired a lot drink more watter
