how do you mean with built in recovery sir ??
@tekelek126 Hi – and good question. “Built in recovery” simply means we need to PLAN enough recovery time in-between when we train. Far too many guys (including myself when I was getting started) tend to over-train. And this can affect our results in a negative way. So building in recovery time means – for most skinny guys – having at least 48 hours to recover between workout session, so our bodies can adapt fully and our muscles are properly recovered.
