@nevermoregg it dose not matter if you workout in the gym or at home bro. its like that old riddle “What weighs more? A pound of feathers or a pound of stones?” the answer is that its the same!!! I pound is a pound no mater what or were (on earth) its is. 100 pounds at home weighs the same as 100 pounds in the gym. weight is weight. If your lifting weights you will get results no mater were you are. thanks, good luck
