eat alot of food, like steak dude eat a shitload of steak, hit the gym a couple times a week and list weights, and maybe grab yourself a protein mix and drink that after workouts.
Been working out for 6 weeks now trying to bulk, I have definitely got stronger but no bigger, I have not gained 1 pound yet, my body fat is 17% I’m trying to get too 10% I weigh 153lbs and want to get to 165lbs. I have been trying to eat 2150 Cals a day. Any Ideas regarding diet i.e what to eat and when I’m getting really frustrated.
