    LOL if i stop eating soy sos , muscles will grow on my body and girls will stop on the street to touch my pects, why i never think of that . thank you a loot … but for nothing. real mens produce testosterone not estrogen , studies were made and there are no signs of decreasing test. lvls when you eat soy, or drink bottled water , guys you are realy lame…what you can do for a buck or two

    This is so garbage, whoever actually watched the whole thing, this is 4 minutes of your life you could be using to work out, all this douche bag talks about is what people do, and NOT how hes gonna help you, dont be fooled by him, hes only tryin to entice you to buy his product, that only a fool would buy.     Of course men produce testosterone. But many are not producing as much as they could. And are also getting dietary estrogen which causes all sorts of problems.

    That being said, it’s only one part of successful muscle growth. And some people are more susceptible than others.

    And in regards to your “studies” can you cite any that back up your claims that dietary estrogen *don’t* effect males?

    Because I’ve found many studies showing that you would be well advised to *avoid* psytoestrogens.

    Yea, he’s promoting a product. But it’s a good one!

    I’ve gotten it (Vince Delmonte’s stuff) and personally I think it’s the best stuff you can get out there. Including anything you can find at your bookstore, for free online, or even getting a personal trainer.

    So what if he’s promoting a good product that will actually help people?
