How to Get Your Dream Body – Part 2 of 2

This is the 2nd installment of the how to gain muscle and shed fat article series. Before we talked about dieting and a few exercise programs that can greatly benefit your body transformation process.I’d like to take a second here and mention another great product on the market today, No Nonsense Muscle by Vince Delmonte. It’s entertaining to read, very comprehensive, includes diet plans and work out plans, and basically teaches you from the ground up how to build muscle and keep it on for good. How about instead of listening to me talk about how I feel about the product, go check out the Vince Delmonte Review. Got side tracked there, back to muscle gaining!

What are your body goals. Do you want to gain muscle or lose fat? After that, fix your diet and get a routine like we’ve already covered. Now it is time for you to get into the mindset to train. Ever hear no pain no gain? Well its time to eat those words. You are going to have to start working out harder than ever before. You will be very sore for the first few weeks.

The biggest misconception about losing fat and body building is that it is actually really hard to do. Not true at all. Eat right and work out regularly, and you’ll have no problem getting your dream body.

If you want to gain serious muscle, then you will have to do serious free weight training. This means strictly compound exercises like squats, using dumb bells and bar bells. If you plan on slimming down, then get into a routine of heavy cardio and light machine training. This will kick start your metabolism. Either way you choose to go, its the best decision you’ll ever make because nothing is more important in life than being healthy. Not only will you be healthier, but your confidence will also be boosted. It is now time to begin working for your new physique! So get off the computer and start hitting the gym.
