There are many options, and obviously you need to reduce the amount you eat over the course of each day. Spread this food out over 5 or 6 meals and snacks, with the total food eaten being less than you normally eat.
Your body never really gets hungry by eating so frequently, and it will be able to digest the food more easily, turning it into energy for you to use quicker than if you have a packed tummy.
