Are the pushups from the chains good for the shoulder stabilizers? I have one shoulder that has some instability and pain that comes and goes.
are those the same as elevated pushups im dying to gain muscle im weak as hell
a bit harder than elevated pushups since you have to stablize yourself on the chains
wow thats really good.. I just tried doing that.. instead of pushing using chain i used rope.. but i put the 20 lbs chain each on my back.. it works really good.. and im only a freshman in high school XD

thats a really good idea, the chains force his form to be perfect, which in turn causes a proper contraction. i should have thought of that

I’ve been training for a few years now and my power lifts are good i.e. deads and squats. But no matter what I do I just can’t increase my bench press (you name it, i’ve tried it). I’ve been on about 110kg/240lb for years. Any advise is welcomed
