I add specific supplement to my post work out shake to add the most lean muscle mass.

    @aojeda0610 the carbo gain and protien and dgc? Yes. Actually havent used the dgc for a while now. if it goes back on sell i might pick one up again. the carbo gain is a must for me though. After working out you should always use water. if no other time then after working out mix with water. Milk slows down the digestion process. thats not what you want after working out. You want your muscles feed right away after activity. Use water

    Hey man, jsy wondering if you could give some advice. I want to get big like you and I am completely confused about what to do. I am 16, 6 feet tall, and I weigh around 155. I have school so it is really hard for me to eat the 6 times a day that I need too and get the calories in. Any way that certain things would make this easier on me? Thanks man.

    @dominater2156 Sure is mann. right at the amount of calories u would need for a work out. If you are already lean. if you are tryin to loose weight than i would only consumer protien before workin out let my body feed on to stored fat and calories for the workout. You feel me??

    banana isnt the best choice pre workout IMO…it will give you a quick boost of energy but will fade fast, for me at least…i have a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of whey in it with an apple…wait 1-1.5 hours then hit the gym like a beast for 2 hours…i would have the banana after because it will give you much needed potassium that you need after sweating….post workout option:2 scoops whey, 2 cups skimmilk with a banana in it

Can you recommend a gm free maltodextrin or dextrose? Studies on GMO corn on rats are not healthy for the liver and kidneys as gmo crops are man made and the body sees it as a toxin.

    @GenocideProductions6 I have tried a handful of P90x work outs. they are cool and all for build a measure of strength and definatly for some cardio and core strength but for thick buffness or for the girth that i have you goota hit the gym with the heavy weights. use the p90 until your body maxes out and then hit the heavy wieghts

    sup man. i notice u take the carb and sugar supplements seperately. i guess its so u dont get the sugar pre workout? jst wondering what u think of the powders with carbs/sugar all in one like optimum mass or even cyto gain. am looking to get a mass gainer today. pce.
