for this kind of trasnformation u need to eat alot, as u can see his body is ectomorphic like mine, means ur really skinny even when u weigh alot, so it is very difficult to put mass on even if u put weight on

you need to eat more – i started training 7 months ago, i was 124lb, im now 168lb. calories calories calories. intense trainging, and NO cardio
