7 Minute Muscle Review: Is This Possible?

In Jon Benson’s new program 7 Minute Muscle he guarantees that you can build more lean muscle mass and dramatically increase your health in just 7 minutes a day.  Can this be true? Is it possible to build muscle fast, this fast?

Jon states that supplement companies are tricking us into buying all kinds of muscle building supplements that we really don’t need to build muscle mass.  He then goes on to say that all this is hype and they are just trying to steal your hard earned money, but he’s not.  His plan is not a gimmick.

It has a catchy title, 7 Minute Muscle. So why is this not a gimmick too?  Can you really build muscle in just 7 minutes a day? Jon says he used to spend hours in the gym every day and his life revolved around workouts and eating. After some compelling copy he gets to his rediscovery of techniques that were used pre-supplement days.

 As far as the claim to building muscle in 7 minute a day, here’s my take on it.  First of all you have to actually do something, like follow the plan.  Reading it for seven minutes a day won’t help. So if you’re expecting to get anything out of it without putting the effort in first, don’t waste your time or money.

Think about this.  Have you ever done something physically different one day even for a short amount of time then felt really sore the next day and made some comment like “gee I must have found some new muscles”?  Well there you go. You just did something, probably relatively intense, like move a pool table with a one piece slate top. Worked your ass off for five minutes or less and presto – new muscles!

Guess what?  That is what Jon’s 7 Minute Muscle program is all about.  Very intense short workouts that are designed to build muscle fast!  He’s going to give you specific plans to target each muscle group every day.  Are you going to build muscle fast?  Only if you can really muster up the energy to push yourself to the limits for 7 minutes a day.  And do it every day that’s planned.
