This movement also requires upper body strength and core stability. Be sure to keep your abs braced and glutes squeezed tight during the entire exercise. The next exercises are biceps curls and tricep kickbacks. For these exercises you&#8217;ll need a pair of dumbbells. For this workout, move the bells as fast as possible while maintaining control. The final exercise in this Boot Camp FX workout video is &#8220;tuck jumps.&#8221; Jump up and at the peak of your jump &#8216;tuck&#8217; your knees up toward your arms, which should be extended out in front of you.
