<p> Have a full day rest after a day of weight lifting. In other words, you will not have two weight lifting days in a row. There is a way you can try out. Day one, workout for your chest muscle, day two, workout for abdominal muscle. Why we doing so are letting muscles have time to rest and repaired itself. You should spend some time on sleeping. Do not skip on the sleep your body requires to heal. As we mention before, our body will add more muscles after the muscle repairs itself. </p>
<p> Hydration is also important in muscle building process. Water carries nutrients to the cells, helps the body eliminate waste, regulates body temperature and cushions the joints. Above thing are important for having a healthy body and working out. </p>
<p> Good Protein Source </p>
<p> In order to build muscles faster, you should add lean chicken, tuna, turkey, lean red meats and eggs in your meal plan. Eating lean meats are essential for muscle building. By increasing your testosterone level with foods like salmon and red meat, testosterone will increase your muscle strength, fat loss and muscle growth. </p>
<p> Ask Your Doctor </p>
<p> You should consult doctor for suitable rest of muscles. Your doctor will advice you how to stay in healthy. </p>
<p> Get Enough Sleep </p>
<p> 8 to 10 hours sleeping is crucial for building muscle faster. For this amount of sleep, your muscle can relax and build muscle mass faster. Much of the growth of your muscles happens while you are asleep, so sleep then whenever you get the chance.Â  </p>
