			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The foundation to building muscle is simply to strain them. In order to bulk up you need to do it the right way and get proper rest in between workout sessions. So you will be more inclined to stick to it, make up a schedule. You must be consistent to reap the rewards. Put which days you will be training on your schedule. And no, you don&#8217;t want to work out every day. The rest time is when the muscle actually grows, not when you&#8217;re working it. It is imperative to give your muscles time in between training to recover.</p>
<p> Good form is essential while training. Stand erect and execute the full range of motion for each rep. It is imperative to start slowly because it is very easy to injure yourself by over doing it with weights. By focusing on proper form first it will help as you master heavier weights. Start out with very light weights or even just the bar.</p>
<p> To build muscle, lift to the point you are exhausted. Be sure to maintain proper form from beginning to end. Cut back on the amount of weight you&#8217;re lifting or the amount of reps if you can no longer maintain proper form and control.</p>
<p> If you have a diet base of junk food you&#8217;re going to have a hard time <a target="_blank" title="building muscle" href="http://www.trimupslimdown.com/muscle-building-diets/">building muscle</a>. Protein is needed to help muscles repair and grow. Complex carbs, good fat, fiber and protein make up a good diet. You can get protein from lean meat, fish, eggs and nuts. Keep sugar and starch to a minimum. The proper balance in your diet should be 40% natural carbohydrates, 24% protein, with the remaining balance fiber and fat.</p>
<p> To help you keep at it, change up your routines after several weeks, otherwise you might get bored. Either increase the amount of weight used or increase the amount of reps. With consistency, the rewards will be there for you.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are looking for the easiest way to get a better body, one of the most important things for you to do is build muscles.&nbsp;Muscle is an integral part of a healthy frame and body. Of course to have lasting results it is important to make life style changes that you intend to keep. If you get into a routine for a couple of months and then quit, you might as well not start at all. Plan on making changes for your life time.</p>
<p>The best way to <a target="_blank" title="muscle building routines" href="http://www.trimupslimdown.com/muscle-building-routine/">build muscles</a> is through strength training. You will want to create a muscle building routine for your entire body.&nbsp;You can start with an empty barbell and increase the weight as you get stronger.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" title="muscle building nutrition" href="http://www.trimupslimdown.com/muscle-building-nutrition/">Proper nutrition</a> is also important. Eating five or six small meals through the day is best.&nbsp;You will maintain a higher level of energy and won&#8217;t get groggy. Carbs from whole grain are much healthier for you than white flour products. Protein is also necessary to build muscles.</p>
<p>You will want to eat meat, fish, beans, nuts and eggs to get protein.</p>
<p> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
<p>Stay away from sugar, fats, or carbohydrates that break down easily. Sugar has a good use: if you want to pack on the pounds! Eating too much sugar also robs you of minerals.&nbsp;It has been said that a mineral deficiency leads to illness. To keep your energy levels at their highest stay away from carbs that break down easily, like white bread.&nbsp;Include good fats and throw away the fake stuff like margarine and butter substitutes. An example of good fat is olive oil, nuts and avocados.</p>
<p>Nutrition is important for muscle building.</p>
<p>Amino acids which can be found in whey supplements will help you with greater strength and endurance, and ultimately a better workout.</p>
<p>Drink plenty of water through the day and during your <a target="_blank" title="muscle building routines" href="http://www.trimupslimdown.com/workout-routines-build-muscle/">muscle building routines</a>. To keep your tissues happy it&#8217;s best to drink small amounts of water through the day. Getting dehydrated is bad for building muscle. Don&#8217;t wait till you are thirsty to take a drink of water.</p>
<p>If you have the desire, you will achieve your goals.</p>

<p>Hybrid Diet Chalkboard Talk Part 2 The Trick Is In Forcing Your Body To Continue Guessing, Progressing, And Moving Forward The human body is highly adaptable and enjoys adapting to change. Our bodies not only like being adaptable but actually crave it. In fact, in many ways, our bodies actually function best when they are being forced to adapt to new situations. For example, when our bodies get accustomed to a particular training routine, we begin to see diminished performance and then after a while, the results stop. That&#8217;s called a plateau. The way to avoid plateaus is to mix things up every once in a while to keep our metabolic systems &#8216;on their toes.&#8217; It&#8217;s no different with our diets. We need to utilize the same approach if we want to continue to see results. Has this happened to you? You start on a diet trying to get lean and initially, the response is great. But after a couple of weeks, the results start to slow and then finally, stop entirely. What happens is the body reacts to the calorie deficiency by adjusting its energy expenditureâ€”metabolismâ€”to keep you from losing too much weight. You see, the body has no way of knowing whether you are facing a legitimate &#8216;famine&#8217; situation, where you don&#8217;t know when you&#8217;ll get the chance to eat again, or in the midst of a herculean effort to get lean. The body&#8217;s effort to maintain the status quo is known as homeostasis. When homeostasis hits, our typical reaction is to further reduce calorie intake. When we do this though <b>&#8230;</b></p>
