			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>By choosing to do a resistance training program, you will be doing a workout that can give you many more benefits that are not found with other programs. Physical fitness can come from many different forms of exercise including aerobics, treadmills, and also by adding a strength building routine. Resistance training can offer you many things that we will discuss in the following paragraphs. By the way, I&#8217;ve added the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.tacfitcommandoreview.org/">TACFIT Commando</a> workouts by <a target="_blank" href="http://www.tacfitcommandoreview.org/who-is-scott-sonnon/">Scott Sonnon</a> to my training schedule and I&#8217;ve had great results, great program.</p>
<p>Over the last few years, there has been a dramatic change in the type of people that you see working out at your local gym. Many older people are now in the gyms working out because they understand the benefit of doing resistance training in regard to their health. In your early 30s and 40s, bone mass begins to naturally dissipate throughout your system. Concurrently, your metabolism begins to slow down and you also have to eat less or exercise more to stabilize your body weight. In order to increase your metabolism naturally and improve your bone density you need to incorporate weight training into your daily routine. Resistance training programs are very easy to set up and can help you begin to exercise on a daily basis. There is a case in particular in which around 100 seniors in their 70s to their 90s did a resistance program up to three times a week. The study showed that it actually increased their bone density, ability to move, and their physical strength. Arthritis has been shown to greatly diminish in its effects on those that perform these exercises. Those that regularly perform resistance training, especially older people, can see an improvement in the quality of their lives.</p>
<p>One of the main fears that women have when beginning resistance training is that they will add too much muscle mass. This is something you don&#8217;t have to worry about unless you work out frequently with heavy weights and also eat foods that will cause you to increase your bulk. A simple way to not build any muscle mass, yet get into phenomenal shape, is to do lots of repetitions with a lighter amount of weight. Women are now urged to do resistance training for stronger bones, something that&#8217;s especially important for post-menopausal women. Around the time of middle-age, osteoporosis can begin, something that can be offset by lifting weights. </p>
<p>By doing a resistance workout, you can improve your overall strength and exercise routine. The latest research seems to indicate that doing only a few moderate workouts per week can improve your strength and health.
