According to the fitness gurus, you’re supposed to eat these supplements six to eight times a day or more, making meals out of powder. Think about it. If I’m eating or taking anything that often it’s going to add up to a heap of powder and pills. And a heap of money to boot!
This is the straight scoop. This is even true for some of the “serious” trainers that I see in my local gym. These freak writers and powder pushers really need you to spend your money on their products for them to survive.
It’s time to change this process of: eating 6 – 8 times every day; training over 12 hours every week; taking more than 15 supplements per day – gross! and expensive; 15 rep sets for each muscle – boring; or one huge overload on each muscle group – dangerous!
