Body Building can also take the form of physical therapy to Heal an injury. Body Building needn’t only be used to make yourself appear as Mr.  Universe, if that is what the top physical specimen is now called. A year or 2 back there had been this individual who tore his right rotator cuff in a motorcycle accident. He went thru the physical therapy covered by his insurance. That was not enough ; the guy had wanted faster results. He performed the exercises thru the physical care but went out and acquired himself some dumbbells for additional results. Well, the dumbbells were bought in a pair but it was not used until his right shoulder had enough strength to reveal the pressure. The other shoulder will also be worked on too, only when the time was right for him.

He wanted to hurry along the cure of his ailment without surgery. Even though he went thru exercises recommended he still utilized the dumbbells in religion that it would help the process of his healing.

In his exercises, he would hold the dumbbells with a straight arm and lift it up sideways using the shoulder muscles, doing ten reps three times. When first started, the 1 pound dumbbell was used but steadily increased to five pounds. When he first started to lift sideways with weights, it was hard and stressful. Soon in just a few months, his arm would be ready to be lifted to reach his shoulder height. Soon thereafter the shoulder was back to its original condition, prior to the bike going down.

I found Tom Venuto to be a very intriguing person. I wanted to do some research about him, mostly about if he actually ‘burned the fat’ and if he really was able to show me how to lose weight and get rid of some of my body fat.

There are people who advertise themselves as weight or fat loss coaches but are fat themselves, or they are good examples but lack the ability or the knowledge to teach the 4 learning types of people how to lose weight.

When I checked him out, I found that he was a noted bodybuilding expert and weight reduction coach. I don’t know if he’s a trained and educated personal trainer or not but photos are the best evidence in the health and fitness world.

That impressed me as an example of actually doing and not just talking.

This thing has quite the buzz going on about about, and also has cases of what seem to be excellent results.
