@99palmer99 Your reply to my comment was good for a laugh. Thanks. Take 1 semester of physics and even you will be able to understand why tricep kickbacks are retarded. There is a million exercises worth doing whether you plan on directly (tricep PD) or indirectly (close grip bench) working the triceps … but what do I know, I am an “idiot†lol. For the simple fact you defended the bodybuilder tricep kickback hahahaha (it is hard to say without laughing) you should feel shame and embarrassment
