From the old school group (been lifting longer than you are old), I’ve spent 10s of thousands of dollars over the years only find out the latest rage is only a rage in the manufacturers bank account. Your advice is solid and well respected. Keep up the good work, don’t sell out, we will know if you do. I applaud that you don’t recommend any specific product by manufacturer. When that happens, we know big box got to you and you will loose your credibility.

@Guitar1hero23 I am no expert but you should take a multi, fish oil & protien everyday. Protien obviously after the workout. Creatine I don’t know because I don’t take it. I am thinking about it.. But from what I have read. You have to cycle it you shouldn’t take it continously. I’ve read 6 weeks. Hope that helps if not – hope you get another answer

my diet is a bulking diet, and also it can be a lot of water weight but still i feel so much fuller in the gym and out the pump feels like it lasts seriously all day

GNC? Be careful I have several stores around me at least 7 wihin a 15 min radius( probably even more) I have gone to about 5 and they all tell you something different. I have found 1 guy that works out and I am now going to that one but just don’t take verything they tell you. This one guy swore by Nitrotech luckily a guy at th gym informed me it is overpriced sugar & creatine. HMB? What is that?

Well people say it is safe for anyone. But I really don’t think you need it at this point. You aren’t even fully grown. Workout with proten, fish oil, vitamin even casein at night I think you are set. I didn’t even start working out hard until later. You might stunt your growth (some people say that’s a myth but I don’t think so) Some of my friends are in much better shape but they are 5’7″-8″ I’m not 1/2 as ripped but hey I stand tall (enough) but I am playing catch up. 15?

Just stay in shape work out but I don’t think you should go overboard. I would say no but you might just do it anyway. If you do, at least drink a lot of water.
@Guitar1hero23 i wouldnt reccomend it. i took it and it gave me migranes. and to be honest it did not really help. a strong mind leads to the biggest gains. do 1 more every time, no matter how bad you want to quit.
