@HHR245 If you are lifting weights 7 days a week, then thats bad, your muscles need resting time in-between sessions to rebuild themselves. But if you meant just plain working out, like cardio, then yes that is a good plan. Try visiting scoobysworkshop. watched one of you’re other videos and was struck by your honesty even if its not what you customers want to hear…it was about belly fat and boob/but size.
I have never seen anyone be so open and honest about these issues and its taken me by surprise.Ok i was brought up in the Weider era and all the mags and experts were getting paid for their opinions. So maybe I’m just a little cynical about the industry ! But you don’t bs and you also give what I consider sound advice.

@sakoking you should try working each muscle part twice a week. Check out my profile for a link to an article that covers a great workout program. I gained almost 30 pounds in half a year using these methods.
