@IBTJTWUF , drink lots of milk, try and buy some whey protein powder and add it too your milk. lift weights alot , do alot of intense cardio and you will be ripped before you know it.

I eat a tost with marmelade or nutela with milk and a banana. Im really slim so im trying to get muscles. Is this good that im eating because im working out between lunch and dinner. Is it better to eat before or after the workout?
@cpsparow Both. You need to eat enough before because if you don’t, what calories are you burning? You need to burn calories to gain muscle. After, eat something full of protein. Chicken, eggs, etc. Look into some Whey Protein as well.
