eat alot of bread, rice, potatoes, cereals, milk, cottage cheese with chicken, fish tune, your diet should be like this 60percent carbs, 30percent proteins and 10 percent fats. you need to eat and avoid cardio. monitor your weight and then modify your diet accordingly.

I agree with the working out and diet, but how about a strong body as opposed to just strong arms. What I mean is strong, big arms will come as a result of working everything else (other body parts) equally as hard and yes, this includes legs.

@RBurn90 True, but there is also a risk that you can burn off muscle through too much cardio. I spent 6 months in the gym last year (alternate days) and I didn’t make as much progress with muscle growth as I would have liked because I was starting each workout with 20 mins solid cardio, usually on an emtpy stomach – so my body had no choice but to burn off both fat AND muscle reserves to provide energy. It’s a tricky balancing act to get right…

i do no cardio only weightlifting and I have a six pack and 6% body fat. Eat 6 meals a day and lift hard and your body will burn calories so quickly that you will get ripped without cardio.
