You can’t get muscles definitions (fat burning) in the same time you build your muscles. The goal is to MAINTAIN muscles while you loose your fat.
To get muscles definition, don’t eat fast food sugar etc…
eat less the night and more in the morning
run 3/4 times a week during 30 minutes at low speed
Eat a lot of protein during the day (fish, whey protein, not too much meat cuz it contains fat too.)

@icklejoshie start with calisthenic exercises, in other words body weight workouts, everyday for like a month do that and u will start seeing some changes, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, running, jumping squats, all with perfect form and u will get ripped, if u want mass u need to do some weightlifting, but u said u wanna be toned so calisthenics are good and also some light weightlifting, the hardest part is staying consistent and actually doing it everyday, u need determination, good luck
