When choosing among the variety of available body building programs, it’s important to know you’re making an informed decision. So it should be obvious now that I am an old hand at trying out lots of programs that made no difference to me at all. I want to tell you about some of my observations with different bodybuilding programs, some of them even stunted my progress. I’ve choosen Arnold Schwarzenegger Bodybuilding program and here’s why.
So to start off I want to tell you that the majority of body buildings programs have nothing knew to add to the game, at all. This theme is likely the most often repeated. As we already know, protein is crucial to muscle building. OK, most of us are well aware that you need the proper amount of rest between workouts, which is achieved by taking days off. Some body building programs don’t do anything. Oh, and trust me, they’re out there; some of them you may even be familiar with as the biggest “names” in bodybuilding.
Lastly, I would have to say that any program out there may or may not work to you, there is no guarantee. What I mean is that different individuals have different body times, genes, metabolism, etc. making them all unique. What works great for you may not be right for someone else, and the opposite applies as well. Body building programs need to be tailored to an individual’s specific needs and abilities. Instead of simply asking “What program is the best?” Perhaps another way of approaching this is by asking “which program out of all them is the ideal one for me?” Finding a program that fits your needs and aimed towards your goals one of the main things to look for.
It is possible that I may be able to help you. I am not aware of your personal situation in the body building department because I do not know you dear reader. I can tell you where I started off, however, and what has worked for me. This was before I had almost achieved the body of my dreams – I’m still working on this, but I’m almost there. At the time, I was very frustrated man. I stood 6’1″, however I only weighed 135 pounds. Yeah, I agree – it’s pretty sad. My personal experience was that it was very difficult for me to gain any weight, because I ate anything I wanted, and didn’t even gain fat, so gaining muscle was just as difficult. If you are fat this program isn’t for you.
I’ll keep my discussion brief so that I don’t have to reminisce about all the time and money I’ve wasted on body building programs. Though I won’t delve into the details, I will tell you that I went through, perhaps, four to five different programs with little or no results. Frustrated with the physique my genes had created, I was resigned to my size until I came across the “No Nonsense Muscle Building Program.” Despite being cynical, I found myself being intrigued and enticed
by the information on the sales page, I found that I could not resist. What I’m saying will become clear once you have seen it for yourself. That guy is likely a far better salesperson than he is a fitness instructor,and that tells me alot. Anyhow I ended up buying the program and was in awe with what I discovered.
I was no impressed by the results, but I was impressed when I found a lot of material that seemed to be aimed directly at me. To make it easier, the program worked. Â Â Â
It’s work, I began to see in a very short period of time, and truly remarkable results. Right now I am overweight at 173 pounds. It’s likely almost entirely muscle, I’d wager. I was so pleased with the results I decided to get rid of my chubby girlfriend and look for someone who is as fit as I am. OK, I am somewhat conceited, however, if you worked to obtain a physique similar to the one I and many individuals maintain, chances are you would be conceited as well. It was always easy for me to be humble–modesty comes naturally to skinny dweebs. Thank you for allowing me to boast and tickle my ego a little bit anyways. I will leave some materials about this workout for you to look over to determine your interest in it. I hope you achieve the results in your new body building program!
