Why Is Muscle Gaining Hard?

Have you ever glanced in the mirror and thought to oneself, man I certainly need to get into shape? I definitely have in the past, but I most likely won’t ever do it again. So instead of complaining about the fat in my body, I did something about it. There are basically two kinds of people in this world, people that talk about doing things, and people that do things. So ask yourself, am I ready to start working out to get that dream body?

No one will start to gain the muscle for you. You are the only person who can hit the trenches and work out. You are in total control of your body, and until you know that, you will have problems changing it. Or you might end up just sitting around and being depressed because your results don’t come fast enough, and quit the whole thing. My biggest problem before was that I hit plateaus in my gain, meaning that week in and week out I wasn’t gaining muscle it was just staying the same. I thought that I had the proper diet and workout routine, but nothing in my body seemed to change.

So what do you think was my problem? I was doing the same exercises week after week, and all my body did was adjust to the workouts. Until I decided to get Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, I seriously didn’t know the first thing about muscle building. Now just because I recommend Tom’s book, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check out the other books too. After reading the material, I was drastically able to increase my gains. Since I picked up the book, I am now at 175 pounds  with around 9% body fat percentage! If you are interested in hearing more about his book, check out ReviewMOZâ„ . If you want to find out really how Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle review is, then you should just read it.
